Cut the mango pulp from the stone. Peel the flesh and cut into thin slices. Wash the flesh, dab dry and cut into slices. Large slices may be cut smaller. Mix oil and meat, season with salt and pepper, chill until you eat
To eat, fry the meat with the marinade on the roasting plate of the raclette machine while turning for 3-4 minutes, layer the meat with mango wedges and cheese in pieces in raclette pans. Bake under the hot grill of the raclette machine for 4-6 minutes. Garnish with oregano as desired
