Ingredients

  • 2–3 Tomatoes
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 (approx. 225 g) Avocado
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 150 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey

Directions

    Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin, dice or cut into slices as desired. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Crumble cheese

    Spread the tomatoes, avocado and goat cheese in the pans and season with pepper. Sprinkle with a little honey and sprinkle with thyme. Cook for about 3 minutes in the raclette machine
