Quark and chocolate trifle with almond crumbs

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Milk roll
  • 50 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 20–25 g Butter
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp a good 100 ml milk
  • 3 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • baking paper

Directions

    Dice the buns. Chop almonds coarsely and roast them in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out. Let the pan cool down a little. Put bread roll cubes and butter into the pan and roast while turning. Add 2 tbsp. sugar and almonds and let it caramelise slightly. Pour onto a piece of baking paper and let it cool down

    Cream quark, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Whip cream until semi-stiff and fold into the quark cream

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Divide the toasted bread and almond mixture into 4 glasses. Add quark cream, chopped chocolate and again quark cream. Keep cool until serving
