Dice the buns. Chop almonds coarsely and roast them in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out. Let the pan cool down a little. Put bread roll cubes and butter into the pan and roast while turning. Add 2 tbsp. sugar and almonds and let it caramelise slightly. Pour onto a piece of baking paper and let it cool down
Cream quark, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Whip cream until semi-stiff and fold into the quark cream
Roughly chop the chocolate. Divide the toasted bread and almond mixture into 4 glasses. Add quark cream, chopped chocolate and again quark cream. Finally spread chocolate sauce over it
