Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 600 g Pumpkin flesh
  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 Cup of creme fraiche according to taste
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ cup of sweet cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly a carton of leeks

Directions

    Cut leek into rings, dice potatoes and pumpkin, peel and chop carrots. Pour everything into a pot, milk and vegetable stock, cook for 20-30 minutes, puree and season to taste.
