Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Cut quarters into thin slices. Dab mozzarella dry and cut into thin slices. Cut the rolls in half. Cover each half with 1/2 tomato and 2 slices of mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes
Cover each roll half with 1 tsp. pesto and 1 slice of ham. Wash the rocket, drain and garnish the bun halves with it
