Preparation for porcini mushroom pasta sauce

Ingredients

  • 50 g Soft Tomatoes
  • 10 g dried porcini
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dried Italian herbs
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chili Flakes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sweet peppers

Directions

    Cut the tomatoes into very fine cubes. Roughly chop the porcini mushrooms. Mix herbs, chili flakes, tomatoes and peppers and wrap as a gift

    Usage: Bring 250 ml water, sauce powder and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 10 minutes in a closed pot. Meanwhile cook the pasta, drain, put back into the pot, fold in the sauce and serve
