Potatoes (Swiss cheese fondue)

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 12 small waxy potatoes (approx. 500 g)
  • 6 discs (60 g) Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes, quench, peel and let cool. Cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each potato. Heat the oil in a large, coated pan and fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes over a mild heat. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with fondue
