Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg floury potatoes
  • 300 g Cooked ham
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 150 g Flour
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp bunch of parsley

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Peel and finely grate the potatoes. Cut ham into strips. Wash and chop parsley.

    Mix ham, potatoes, eggs, flour, milk, oil and spices.

    Put the mixture into a form and bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes.
