Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water. Sort the spinach, wash, drain well and chop if necessary. Peel and dice onions and garlic and fry in hot oil. Add the spinach and let it collapse.
Season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes. Put the potatoes and spinach in an ovenproof dish. Puree cheese and cream with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Pour over the vegetables and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes
