Ingredients

  • 1 Ham meat sausage (250 g)
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) butter/margarine
  • 3 cup(s) (60 g each) Puree flakes powder with milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 9 servings)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 75-100 g Raclette cheese in slices
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS oil, some salad leaves

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Heat 6 cups of water (approx. 1 l). Remove sausage from skin, dice coarsely. Brown in hot fat in a pot, remove

    Pour the hot water into the pot, bring to the boil, remove from the heat. Measure the puree flakes with the same cup (as in 1) and stir in. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions

    Stir the mashed potatoes, season. Fold in spring onions and sausage. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Remove the rind from the cheese and spread on top. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, oil. Mix with salad ingredients and arrange with lettuce
