Potato salad with peppers, zucchini, chives and pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (approx. 250 g)
  • 1/2 Courgette
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 packages (400 g each) Potato salad
  • 5-6 Tbsp Basil pesto

Directions

    Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Clean, wash and dice the zucchini. Wash chives, dab dry and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Mix potato salad with pesto, paprika, zucchini and chives.

    Arrange in bowls. Garnish with remaining chives.
