Feta-pepper dip

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1–2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 glass (370 g) Tomato peppers in strips
  • 50 g mild spicy pickled peppers
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 175 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Peppers

Directions

    Peel the garlic. Pour the tomato peppers into a sieve and drain well. Drain the peppers, cut lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and cut the peppers into fine strips. Dice Feta

    Pour the feta, garlic, milk, olive oil and tomato peppers (except for 2-3 strips for garnishing) into a mixing bowl and puree finely with a blender. Add cream cheese and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix in pepperones, except for a little bit for garnishing. Dice tomato peppers

    Arrange the dip in a bowl sprinkled with pepperoni and tomato peppers. Garnish with pepperone and paprika. Bread rolls taste good with it
