Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 1-1.2 kg baby potatoes
  • 1 g bunch of spring onions
  • 200-250 g cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Then drain and rinse. Let it cool down a bit and peel

  2. 2

Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters depending on size

  3. 3

Heat the fat in a large pan. Fry the potatoes in this pan until golden brown, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper

  4. 4

Approximately 3 minutes before the end of the frying time, add the tomatoes, spring onions and sesame seeds and fry. Season potato pan with salt and pepper

  5. 5

Wash the chives and shake dry. Cut into fine rolls and sprinkle over the potato pan

  6. 6

The potato pan can be served with a dip like a ready-made herb curd cheese or sour cream. If you cut the potatoes into narrow slices, you can also fry them raw until golden brown (the cooking time is then about 20 minutes)
