Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion into slices, chop garlic. Peel the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage into slices. Wash chicken filet, dab dry and cut into pieces.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into cubes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Brown the fillet in it thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Add chorizo and fry briefly. Remove everything.
Add the rest of the oil to the pan. Fry the potatoes at medium heat while turning for about 15 minutes. Add onions and garlic and fry.
Add the meat and sausage to the potatoes and continue to fry everything for about 5 minutes. Season with oregano and orange peel. Season everything with salt and pepper. Garnish with orange slice.
