Onions peel and roughly grate. Knead 1/3 with minced meat, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Line a casserole dish (approx. 30 cm long) with slices of bacon
Peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes. Squeeze potatoes well. Knead in the remaining onions and flour, season
Spread half the potato mixture in the form. Remove the cheese rind. Place 4 slices on top. Spread the minced meat mixture on top, press down gently. Spread the rest of the potato mixture over it. Fold over protruding bacon slices. Cut the remaining cheese slices into strips and sprinkle over them.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with marjoram. Serve with a green salad
