Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g green beans
  • 1 small onion
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 100 g chunky tomatoes (package)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

  1. 1

Clean, wash and possibly halve the beans. Peel onion and cut into fine slices. Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes. Wash and roughly chop the rosemary

  2. 2

Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and potatoes while turning. Stir in about 1/4 l water and stock, bring to the boil. Add beans and rosemary and cook covered for about 15 minutes

  3. 3

3.add the tomatoes, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika

  4. 4

Cutting beans are also well suited for this goulash. Simply cut into wide pieces. Such a hearty stew can also be accompanied by a cool beer. It is better to take an alcohol-free beer, as it has fewer calories than "normal" beer: 1 glass (0.3 l) only has about 75 calories, in contrast to a full beer with about 120 calories
