Pork tenderloin with grapes for ribbon noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 400 g Linguine Noodles
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 200 g green seedless grapes
  • 2 TEASPOONS Cornstarch
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

    Onions peel and cut into cubes. Dab the meat dry and cut into pieces of about 1.5 cm. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meat for 4-5 minutes, turning it over. Remove from the pan. Sauté the onions in the frying pan. Add meat again and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add wine and stock. Let simmer for about 10 minutes at low heat

    Meanwhile, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely, except for a few leaves for garnishing. Wash the grapes, drain and pluck from the panicles. Stir 2 tablespoons of water with starch until smooth, stir into the sauce. Bring to the boil again. Add grapes and chopped parsley, stir in

    Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange in bowls, garnish with parsley and freshly ground pepper
