Peel and halve the shallots. Clean and wash the peppers and spring onions and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut sausage into sticks. Wash the herbs and remove the leaves. Heat oil. Fry spring onions and sausage sticks for about 5 minutes, turning them over.
Take aside. Fry the shallots and peppers in the frying fat for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in prepared ingredients and herbs, heat up briefly. Serve with crème and wholemeal bread
