  • 1 can(s) (314 ml; extract weight: 175 g) Mandarin oranges
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS ground poppy seed
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Drain the mandarin oranges and collect the juice. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix curd, poppy seeds, maple syrup and 4 tablespoons of mandarin juice until smooth. Fold in the cream. Divide the poppy seed quark cream and mandarins between four dessert glasses.

    Decorate with balm leaves.
