Wash the meat, dab dry. Dice fillet. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix with 1 teaspoon each of thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper and the meat.
Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Coarsely crumble half of the cornflakes, finely crush the other half in the universal shredder. Line a tray with baking paper.
Distribute the frozen fries on approx. 2⁄3 Bake in the hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Mix all cornflakes, 2 level teaspoons of salt, starch and eggs with the meat. Heat the oil. Fry the legs for about 7 minutes. Lift them out and place them on the free side of the tray. Turn the chips.
Reduce oven temperature (electric oven: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer) and continue baking for approx. 10 minutes. Fry chicken cubes in portions in hot oil for approx. 3 minutes and drain on kitchen paper.
Arrange chicken pieces, chips and dips.
