Soak 1 sheet of gelatine in cold water. Cut pomegranates in half. Remove the seeds from one half, remove the partitions and set aside. Squeeze the rest of the pomegranates, measure 150 ml of juice. Heat the juice and remove from the stove. Squeeze gelatine well and dissolve in the hot juice. Let the juice cool down. Spread the juice and pomegranate seeds on the panna cotta and chill for another 2 hours
