Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 package (100 g) fine
  • 7-10 Tbsp diced smoked bacon
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 1 (approx. 600 g) Pointed cabbage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the bacon cubes until crispy while turning. Meanwhile peel and wash the potatoes and carrots. Take out bacon

    Roughly dice the potatoes and cut the carrots into fine slices. Add both to the hot bacon fat and fry while turning for approx. 10 minutes

    In the meantime clean, wash and quarter the pointed cabbage and cut it into large pieces. Put them into the pan and fry them for another 5-10 minutes, season

    Grate the cheese roughly. Spread evenly on the vegetables and let it melt. Wash and chop the parsley. Sprinkle with bacon over the pointed cabbage
