Plum particles with quark filling

Ingredients

  • 7 TABLESPOONS + 100 ml + 6 tablespoons of milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 p. custard powder "vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (to boil; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 60 g + 75 g + 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 250 g + 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 6 TABLESPOONS oil, 1 p. vanillin sugar
  • 300 g Flour, 1 P. Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 250 g Prunes
  • 1/2 package red glaze
  • 1/8 l Juice (e.g. apple juice)
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar, baking paper

Directions

    Mix 7 tbsp. milk, pudding powder and 60 g sugar. Bring 100 ml milk to the boil. Stir in pudding powder and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in 250 g quark and let it cool down

    Mix 150 g quark, 6 tablespoons milk, oil, 75 g sugar and vanillin sugar. Mix flour and baking powder, add and knead in. Cut the quark and oil dough into 8 equally sized pieces. Roll out to circles (approx. 1 1 cm Ø) on a little flour. Press a depression in the middle with your fist. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, fill with pudding

    Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes. Whisk the egg yolks. Brush the edges of the dough with it. Bake at the same temperature for another 5 minutes. Cooling down

    Roast the almonds without adding fat. Wash plums, dab dry, halve, stone and cut into slices. Place on the pieces
