Ingredients

  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 170 g pitted plums
  • 60 g soft butter or margarine
  • 24 g Fructose
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 120 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 25 g Apricot Jam
  • 32-40 (approx. 5 cm ø) Paper sleeves

Directions

    Roughly chop the nuts. Wash plums, dab dry well and dice. Cream fat and fructose. Stir in egg and milk. Mix flour, baking powder and 1 pinch of salt and stir in. Fold in 30 g nuts and plums.

    Put 4-5 paper sleeves into each other. Spread the dough into the paper sleeves so that they are 2/3 full. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes. Let them cool down. Spread with jam and sprinkle with remaining nuts
