  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 cubes (42 g) fresh yeast
  • 2 Eggs (size M)

  • 75 g tender oats
  • 600 g Plums
  • 250 g Plum jam
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Mix 500 g flour, 75 g sugar, 1 packet of vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Warm the milk lukewarm. Remove from the heat, crumble yeast into it and dissolve while stirring. Pour into the flour mixture. Add 1 egg and 50 g butter in flakes and knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes

  2. 2

Put 300 g flour, oat flakes, 1 egg, 125 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 packet of vanillin sugar and 150 g butter in flakes in a mixing bowl. First knead into crumbles with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then briefly with your hands. Wash, halve and stone the plums, cut into slices

  3. 3

Knead yeast dough well with floured hands. Form into a roll on a floured work surface and divide into 12 equally sized pieces. Pull out to round talers (approx. 11 cm Ø). Line two baking trays with baking paper and spread the yeast dough on top. Spread the plum puree evenly on the yeast dough, leaving an approx. 1 cm wide rim all around. Spread plums on top. Sprinkle the crumbles generously on top. Let the plum pizzas rise for another 10 minutes

  4. 4

Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 12 minutes. Remove and let cool on a cake rack. Dust with icing sugar
