Palms with pistachios

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 1 pure butter" puff pastry
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ jar of "Bonne Maman" strawberry jam
  • 20 g of blanched pistachios (unsalted)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

    1 Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and sprinkle the sugar over it. Then cover with strawberry jam. Crush the pistachios, sprinkle them on top.

    2 Roll up the ends of the dough towards the centre. Wrap with cling film and keep in a cool place, 30 minutes.

    3 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6). Dilute the egg yolk in a little water and brush the dough with it. Then cut it into pieces of about 1 cm. Place them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper.

    4 Put the palms in the oven and cook them for about 12 minutes, until they are golden brown. Let them cool on a rack before serving.
