Onions peel and cut into fine slices. Dab cutlets dry. Heat oil in an ovenproof pan (with lid). Sauté the escalopes in it for 1-2 minutes on each side. Season with 1 tsp. pizza spice, pepper and a little salt. Spread onion slices over it. Pull the pan off the stove
Place 1 slice of ham on each cutlet. Cut the ground pork into quarters, shape into an oblong shape and place on top. Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper and pizza spices. Mix with the cream and pour over the escalopes. Cover and braise in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/recirculating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 1 1/4 hours
Dice the mozzarella. Sprinkle schnitzel with mozzarella and gouda. Bake open for another 20-25 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad and bread
