Pissaladière with sardines

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 b
  • 1 kg d'oignons
  • 20 small olives niçoises
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • 2 brins de thym
  • 1 feuille de laurier
  • 7-10 Tbsp huile d'olive
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

Directions

    1 Peel and finely chop the onions. Brown them, without coloring, in an oiled frying pan, with thyme, bay leaf and sugar, about 30 minutes over low heat. Salt and pepper. Remove the thyme and bay leaf

    2 Preheat the oven to 210 °C (th 7). Spread the dough, place it on the oiled baking sheet. Cover it with the onion fondue. Drain the sardine fillets, spread them over the onions. Add the olives

    3 Put the pissaladière in the oven and cook it for about 20 minutes, the dough should be golden. Serve hot, warm or cold.
