Pineapple quark dish with roasted coconut flakes

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 1 can(s) (236 ml) Pineapple in slices
  • 600 g Low-fat curd
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 75 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Roast the grated coconut in a dry pan until golden brown, take it out immediately and let it cool down. Drain the pineapple on a sieve, collecting the juice. Mix quark, pineapple juice, sugar and cream until smooth.

    Cut the pineapple into pieces and fold into the quark. Arrange the quark dish in a bowl and serve sprinkled with coconut flakes.
