Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Salad mayonnaise (50% fat)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Boil eggs for 10 minutes, quench cold, peel and let them cool down. Mix mayonnaise, curry and mustard. Finely dice the eggs and stir into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper
