Prepare vanilla cream powder (e.g. Paradise Cream) with milk according to package instructions. Pour into a large bowl and leave to stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes (so that the vanilla cream has about the same temperature as the butter).
In the meantime, crumble 75 g cookies with chocolate chips finely. Sieve 100 g icing sugar onto 200 g softened butter, whisk for 6-7 minutes until white-creamy. First stir in vanilla cream, then cookies with a whisk.
