Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Pimientos
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt

Directions

    Wash Pimientos and dab dry well. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the pimientos for 4-5 minutes, turning them over. Arrange and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve with white bread and black olives.
