Peel the garlic. Wash chillies, carve lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into rings. Mix chillies, paprika and oil. Fill garlic into prepared glasses. Pour chilli oil over them until the garlic is covered.
Close the glasses. Leave to stand for at least 2-3 days. Results in about 3 glasses (200 ml each). Shelf life approx. 6 months
