  • 6-8 Goat cheese thaler (approx. 40 g each)
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 100 g small seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 20 g) light raisins
  • 4 Twigs Thyme
  • 1/2 l Grape seed oil

Directions

    Place three to four goat cheese thalers in each of two sealable jars. Clean the rocket, wash and pat dry. Wash the grapes and pat dry. Spread rocket, grapes, raisins and thyme around the cheese. Pour approx. 1/4 litre of grape seed oil over each cheese, close the jars. Before giving it away, soak it for about 1 day
