Pesto wraps with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 glass Basil Pesto
  • 125 g Cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g brown mushrooms
  • 16 large basil leaves
  • 8 Wheat tortillas
  • 8 discs Cooked ham

Directions

    Stir pesto and cream cheese until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice and pepper.

    Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Wash basil and cut into strips.

    Heat the tortillas and spread with pesto cream. Cover with mushrooms, ham and basil leaves and roll up.
