Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 2 tl (10 g) Oil
  • 200 g cleaned zucchini
  • 1 (approx. 120 g) Hoof steak
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 knife tip clear soup
  • 1 TEASPOON green peppercorns (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable binder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the potatoes and cut into slices. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the potatoes at medium heat for 15 minutes, turning them over, until golden brown. In the meantime, wash the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise and cut them into diagonal pieces

  2. 2

Remove the potatoes. Heat 1 tsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry the steak in it over high heat on each side for about 1 minute. Then add zucchini and potatoes and fry for about 4 minutes. Turn the steak 1x in between. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper, remove and keep warm if necessary

  3. 3

Dissolve the roasting mixture with 5-6 tablespoons of water. Bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Add green pepper and simmer for about 1 minute. Thicken sauce and season to taste. Arrange steak with pepper sauce and potato and courgette vegetables. Garnish with marjoram
