Clean broccoli, cut into florets and wash. Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut in half crosswise. Coarsely mortar 2 tablespoons each of black and white peppercorns and pink berries
Season meat with salt and rub thickly with pepper mixture. Put the vegetables and meat in a steamer tray and close it tightly with a lid. Steam over boiling water for 15-20 minutes
