Penne with tuna and vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Tuna Steak
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/8 l dry white wine
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Prepare the penne in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and allow to drain. Clean, peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Clean, wash and chop spring onions. Peel garlic. Wash fish, dab dry and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes.

    Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the fish for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and take out. Put carrots and spring onions in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes while turning. Press the garlic through and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and add cherry tomatoes. Deglaze everything with wine and bring to the boil. Add fish and fold in.
