Penne with cauliflower and vegetable sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Cauliflower (about 900 g)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 400 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1⁄2 Federation Parsley
  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Peel and chop the onion. Fry vegetables in hot oil for about 10 minutes. 1⁄4 l Pour on water, bring to the boil, stir in broth.

    Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and chop the parsley. Stir into the vegetables with cream cheese. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the noodles and put them back into the pot.

    Add the vegetable sauce and fold in.
