Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Pork sausage (in ring)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 (300 g each) Packages
  • 7-10 Tbsp Frozen pan-fried vegetables "farmer's style
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Remove the sausage from the skin and cut into slices. Peel onions and cut into thin rings

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onions until golden brown and remove them. Fry the slices of sausage briefly and take them out

    Fry deep-frozen pan-fried vegetables in hot frying fat for approx. 3 minutes, turning vigorously. Deglaze with 200 ml water and bring to the boil. Dissolve the stock in it

    Mix sausage and onions into the vegetables. Heat up again for another 4 minutes. Season the farmer pan with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the farmer's pan. Goes well with mashed potatoes
