Peanut Marshmellow Chocolate

  • 300 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 30 g large marshmallows
  • 30 g salted roasted peanuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Roll out marshmallows as thinly as possible with a pastry roll. Cut out stars with a star cutter (approx. 4 cm Ø)

    Chop the couverture and, except for 4 tablespoons, melt over a hot water bath. Remove the liquid chocolate coating from the water bath, add the remaining chocolate coating and melt while stirring. Pour the couverture into a flat mould lined with foil (approx. 15 x 20 cm). Spread stars on the couverture, press them in slightly and sprinkle with peanuts. Put in a cool place to set
