Peaches in liqueur

Ingredients

  • 6 Peaches
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 3/8 l Vanilla Liqueur

Directions

    Cut peaches crosswise. Blanch for 1-2 minutes in boiling water. Rinse peaches under cold water and peel off the skin. Cut peaches in half, remove the core and cut into pieces. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise.

    Break the cinnamon sticks into pieces. Put peaches and spices in a glass. Fill up with liqueur and close the glass. Leave to stand for 2 days
