Ham sandwich with fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 glass (330 g) Pickles
  • 1 jar (250 g) Salad mayonnaise (50 % fat)
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 300 g lean bacon
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4 discs Wholemeal bread
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Salad leaves

Directions

    For the sauce dice Mixed Pickles finely. Mix mayonnaise and mustard and fold in the mixed pickles. Cut the bacon into cubes. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Spread the bread with half of the fat. Distribute on 4 plates and cover with the ham cubes.

    Heat the remaining fat in a pan and fry the eggs in it. Season with salt and pepper. Put fried eggs on the ham and sprinkle with chives. Wash the salad, dab dry and place on the plates with some sauce. Serve the rest of the sauce with it
