Peach with meringue filling

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; drained weight: 250 g) Peaches
  • 2 Protein
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 1 (125 ml) bottle raspberry sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

Directions

    Drain the peaches. Place in an ovenproof dish. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Sprinkle in sugar. Fold in almond flakes. Spread the meringue on the peach halves. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.

    Arrange with raspberry sauce and serve garnished with mint.
