Wash the nectarines, rub dry and cut into slices. Shake bottle vigorously upside down before adding the milk. Add cold milk up to the mark, close and shake vigorously for about 1 minute. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Heat a few drops of oil in a small coated pan (approx. 20 cm Ø) and bake 9 small thin pancakes. Arrange 3 pancakes and some nectarine slices on each pancake and serve with yoghurt. Dust with icing sugar
