Drain the peaches. Mix dough mixture and milk to a thick dough. Heat 1 teaspoon of lard in a pan. First pour in half each of the peaches and the dough. Bake the pancakes from both sides until golden brown. Process remaining ingredients in the same way. Sprinkle with pistachios and raisins. Drizzle maple syrup over the pancakes and serve dusted with icing sugar
