Pear and chocolate pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Pears
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 4 TSP clarified butter
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cranberries

Directions

    Mix eggs, flour, milk and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Let rest for 30 minutes. Wash pears, grate dry and quarter them. Remove the core. Cut quarters into slices. Chop chocolate into pieces.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of clarified butter in a pan. Put 1/4 of the pear slices in it, pour 1/4 of the batter on top and fry until golden brown. Turn the pancakes. Spread 1 tablespoon of cranberries and 25 g of chocolate chips on top. Fry the pancakes. Fry 3 more pancakes in the same way
