For the crumbles, put flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla pulp, cinnamon, salt, egg yolk and fat in flakes in a large mixing bowl. Work into crumbles with your hands. Wash the peaches, grate them dry, halve them and remove the stones.
Place the peach halves in a greased ovenproof dish. Spread crumbles evenly on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and dust with icing sugar.
Raspberry yoghurt (lactose-free) tastes good with it.
