Pasta-Zucchini Omelette

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (500 g) fresh ribbon noodles (fettuccine)
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 6 discs Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

Directions

    Put the noodles briefly in boiling water, pour onto a sieve and drain. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Leave the bacon in a pan until crispy and take it out. Add oil to the bacon fat and heat. Fry the zucchini in it.

    Add noodles, season with salt and pepper. Mix eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour egg milk over the noodles, cover and allow to set on a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Break the bacon into small pieces and spread on the noodles
